All freight through the line of differentiation on Donbass blocked. This was announced by the Secretary of the national security Council and defense of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov on his page in Facebook on Wednesday, March 15.
“All freight to the demarcation line blocked. All patriots who want to help in this matter, I propose to sign the contract – join the ranks of the Armed forces or NMU”, – Turchynov wrote.
Previously, Turchynov announced overlap the transport with the occupied Donbass to 13.00 environment.

At the same time, the Minister of internal Affairs Arsen Avakov said that the decision of the Council is not concerned with civilian traffic.
“The decision does not apply to citizens and their personal property. It applies to goods in commercial quantities, not sausages in bags to families,” Avakov explained Ukrainian truth.
