Top Manager of Alfa-Bank said, how long will it take for the merger of alpha Bank and Ukrsotsbank.
The merger of Ukrsotsbank with Alfa-Bank will take up to two years. This was said by General Manager of alpha Bank Ivan Svitek in an interview with EP.
“Half to two years,” said switek. According to him, the most difficult in fusion technology fusion.
“We understand that there is no sense to support two technology platforms. It is very expensive. Therefore, our most important difficult task – the unification of the two technological platforms so that all clients on the same technology platform,” said switek.
Recall that Alfa Group has closed a deal to buy Ukrsotsbank in the fall of 2016.

According to the NBU classification, the Bank is classified as “banks with foreign capital.” Holding company ABHH has investments in a number of banking groups in the CIS and Europe, in particular, operating companies (banks) ABHH are in Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus and the Netherlands.
ABHH owners are Mikhail Fridman – 32,8632%, German Khan – 20,9659% (both Israeli citizens living in London), UniCredit S. p.A. And 9.9%, Alexey Kuzmichev – 16,3239% Petr Aven – 12,4018%, Andrey Kosogov – 3,6716% (all three are Russian citizens), as well as The Mark Foundation for Cancer Research – 3,8736%.
