“For 3 years of military conflict in some regions of Donetsk and Lugansk regions of Ukraine hotels Group, located in Donetsk, continued to work in the Ukrainian legal framework, ensuring job security and salary more than 200 people”, – said General Director of ESTA holding company Maksim Gromadtsov.

According to him, in recent years, hotels were habitat and staff of international humanitarian organizations, such as OSCE, UN, UNICEF and many others.

“Today we any more do not control them. We will fight for the return of control over them by all available legal means,” he added.

As noted, the building of the hotels and all the equipment was seized by armed representatives of the self-proclaimed “republics”.

In fact losing control over the subsidiaries, the company has already addressed in law enforcement bodies of Ukraine, state fiscal service and state funds. In addition, representatives of international organizations informed that the hotels do not work in the framework of Ukrainian legal field.
