Activists blocked traffic near Parliament

Under the building of the Verkhovna Rada temporarily restricted passage.

In Kiev protesters blocked the street near the Verkhovna Rada on Wednesday, March 22. So, in front of the hotel “Kiev”, where at 16.30 began the meeting of the Committee on taxation and customs policy, the activists gathered.

There is about 20 cars with Euronorm and roughly 70 people. The protesters are in support of the law on registration of vehicles with EU number plates.

Also under the building of the Verkhovna Rada temporarily restricted passage and the passage in connection with the carrying out of security measures.

Is four buses of the National guard, one police bus and on duty ambulance assistance. At each entrance to the building is on duty by two police officers, and about five police officers are on duty on site.
