One person was killed and two others were hospitalized with injuries from a car accident that occurred today, December 10, on Ushakov Avenue in Kherson.
Police have previously established that the driver of the minibus “Mercedes Vito”, moving along Ushakov Avenue, at the intersection with Mayakovsky street tried to make a turn. At this time in the van flew the car “Nissan”. At the scene of the accident killed the passenger of a minibus. Two more participants of road accident with injuries was taken to hospital.
The police incident pre-qualifies under part 2 of article 286 of the Criminal code of Ukraine “violation of the rules of traffic safety or transport operation by persons driving vehicles”. Now militiamen establish circumstances of incident and asked to respond to possible witnesses.
Note, a terrible accident occurred in the center of Kherson on a regulated transition near the Central Department store. Previously it was reported that a passerby was killed.
