Tonight, around 00:20 on the highway “Zhitomir – Chernovtsy” there was a terrible accident – VAZ-2109 crashed into a truck, the car ripped in half from the collision. This was reported to the National police in the area.
“21-year-old driver of the car VAZ 2109, a resident of the village Olkhovka Chemerovets’kyi district, moved in the direction of Yarmolinets and left on a strip of oncoming traffic and allowed collision with a truck “Mercedes”. At a wheel “Mercedes” was 30-year-old resident of the village Dunaevetskogo area. From the collision the car exploded. The driver died on the spot. He was in the car one”, – told the Agency.
Law enforcement officers continue to investigate and determine the cause of the accident.
