A serious accident in the winery: the truck hit 10-year-old boy

In the accident the child has received concussion of a brain and bruises of the legs.

Yesterday, March 31 in Vinnytsia 52-year-old truck driver made arrival on 10-the summer bicyclist. With concussion of a brain and bruises the feet of a child admitted to the hospital.

About it reported in GU Ministry of emergency of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region, reports UNN.

So, around 13:00 in Vinnitsa on the street Vatutina under the wheels of the truck “Hyundai HD 65” got a 10 year old boy.

According to preliminary data of the investigation, at a time when the truck left from the yard of an apartment building on the main road, the boy together with his friend on bikes were riding on the sidewalk. One of the boys stopped, seeing the car, returns, and another came under its rear wheel.

In the accident the child has received concussion of a brain and bruises of the legs.

The investigative Department opened criminal proceedings under part 1 article 286 UK of Ukraine (violation of rules of traffic safety or transport operation by persons driving vehicles, resulting in moderate bodily injury).

For such an offence is punishable up to 3 years of restriction of freedom with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for the same term or without it.
