Resident of the village of Charnali Bolsherechensky area of the Omsk region had a fight with an elderly villager and beat him with the door hinge, and then in the same way he dealt with the spouse of the victim, which could become the eyewitness of a crime. From the received traumas the 81-year-old woman died at the scene and her 70-year-old man later died in hospital.
By results of consideration of cases of the Omsk regional court sentenced a 32-year-old man to 18,5 years in prison for a double murder, the theft with illegal penetration into premises (the defendant on the same day robbed another garage) and Grand theft auto. The man completely admitted the guilt in deeds.
The crime was committed may 13. The causes of the conflict accused the 70-year old pensioner not specified.
