A resident of Russia wanted to escape to Japan on a makeshift raft

The unfortunate traveller fiercely resisted during the arrest

In Russia, the staff of patrol service State inspection of small vessels of Sakhalin island, which previously broke out ammunition depots, detained a local resident, who on a small makeshift raft and tried to escape to Japan.

The incident occurred near the village of Truth. The unfortunate traveller desperately resisted arrest by refusing to leave his craft.

While it was not afraid of the storm warning, no long road – the man collected enough different supplies – food, water, spare clothes, tent, and more. At the moment the detainee is threatened by an administrative penalty – a fine.
