A resident of Kaliningrad ordered the murder of son-in-law because of the debt

He owes to the customer 2.5 million rubles

In Kaliningrad police detained 67-year-old local resident suspected in the preparation of the assassination of his former son-in-law.

According to preliminary data, the attacker loaned to his son-in-law a large sum of money to build a house. And after the divorce of the daughter with him, decided to take revenge on him for bad debts.

The suspect elected a measure of restraint in form of detention. Soon he was charged.

According to investigators, the former son-in-law owed the suspect 2.5 million rubles, and did not intend to give them.

The attacker has found a contractor who agreed to kill the debtor for 500 thousand rubles. As a Deposit, the customer gave a potential killer 50 thousand rubles. The remaining amount was to pay after the funeral of the former brother-in-law.

However, the contractor was frightened and reported the crime to law enforcement.

The police provided the 41-year-old male security. The alleged customer was arrested.

Against him, the law enforcers opened a criminal case under part 3 of article 33, part 1 of article 30, paragraph “h” of part 2 of article 105 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (“Attempt at murder on hiring”). The suspect is threatened by punishment in the form of twenty years of imprisonment or life imprisonment.

As reported earlier, in Zaporozhye patrol detained 65-the summer local who is suspected of murdering his brother-in-law.
