July 8, around 13:30 in the Goloseevsky district in Goloseevskiy Prospekt 70, the second coming three-storey house there was an explosion of unknown origin followed by fire obrushenii wooden structures of the 3rd floor in the area of 10 sq. m.

The explosion collapsed the ceiling between the second and third floor and roof on an area of approximately 3600 m2.
According to rescuers, injured 7 people, 3 people refused to be hospitalized 3 more with injuries of varying severity were hospitalized, among them a teenager of 14 years. Two people died: a woman born in 1972, and a male questionnaire data set.

Coordination of search and rescue operations at the scene is exercised by the Chairman of gschs of Ukraine Mykola Chechetkin and the chief of head Department gschs of Ukraine in Kiev Andrey Vatolin.

At the scene works Commission of TEB and an emergency of golosiyivska district administration. Also are representatives of golosiyivska district in Kyiv city administration, which, together with workers of the red cross society organized for tenants and rescuers round the clock nutrition.
The causes of the incident are being investigated.
