The horse owner had to take responsibility for the damage caused.
In the Brazilian state of Sergipe “arrested” the horse after she damaged the car.
As noted, the owner of the horse Williams Fracisco DOS Santos walked with the animals, they were approached by several people wanting to ride. The owner was fine but the horse got spooked one of the strangers, and accidentally kicked the car. At the scene police arrived and took the animal to the police station.
“When I came to the police station, the horse was in a cage, like she was some criminal. Its not fed, not watered and planted in close the kennel, where it is impossible to move. I took her night food, but this morning I wasn’t allowed to feed her,” complained Santos.
It is reported that the horse was released the next day after the arrest, when the owner took responsibility for the damage caused.
