A former security guard Yarosh was in Russian jail

A former security guard of the people’s Deputy Dmitry Yarosh Alexander Shumkov, who disappeared a month ago, is in a Russian prison. On Friday, September 29, reported by Ukrainian Pravda with reference to the mother of the missing men Larissa Shumkovo.

According to her, her home address, received an open letter from the Investigative Committee of the FSB of Russia in the Bryansk region, where it was said that Alexander Shumkov is located in Bryansk remand prison.

“The letter said that he was detained by employees of FSB on 6 September at 15 o’clock in the afternoon on suspicion of “committing a crime” under part 2 of article 282 of the criminal code – participation in extremist organizations,” said shumkova.

By the way, in Russia, according to this article punishment in the form of a fine from 300 to 600 tax-free minimum three years of earnings, compulsory works for a term of one to four years with restriction of liberty for up to one year, or by deprivation of liberty for a term from two to six years.

Mother Aleksandra shumkova does not believe that her son was able to go to Russia. According to her, the son had disappeared at the end of August. It is a long time no one reported the disappearance of her son, because I didn’t know where he is, and afraid to hurt.

At that time, according to Ukrainian Pravda, citing sources in the border service, there is information about that on 23 August Shumkov alleged car legally crossed the Russian-Ukrainian border.

The mother of the missing men appealed to the security service, the consular Department of the MFA of Ukraine and the Commissioner for human rights Valeria Lutkovska.
