A fatal accident in the Kherson region: a minibus collided with a passenger car

The police establishes the circumstances of the accident with severe consequences in the Kherson region.

About it reported in Department of communications GU NP in the Kherson region.

“Around 16:00, the police received a message stating that 200 km of the highway Odessa-Melitopol-Novoazovsk occurred dorozhno-transport incident with victims. On a scene immediately left it is investigative-task force of the white lake police, employees of the investigation Department of the regional Central Directorate of police and inspectors of the office of the police patrol in the city of Kherson. The police found that the driver of the cargo minibus “Iveco”, moving from Nikolaev in the direction of Kherson, I made collision with the car “VAZ-2121”. In the accident one person was killed and 4 people received injuries of varying severity ”, – stated in the message.

Preliminary legal qualification of part 2 of article 286 of the Criminal code of Ukraine “violation of the rules of traffic safety or transport operation by persons driving vehicles”.

Conducted necessary investigative actions.
