Fund 1confirmation plans to enter into with the companies “standard agreement on future tokens” (SAFT), which legally obliges them to issue tokens in the future, and “standard contract convertible loan” (SAFE). As reported by CoinDesk, the first phase, the Foundation will spend $100 000-$500 000 on SAFT and SAFE.
Tomaino the Fund will invest in companies developing new blockchain products and tokens. Creator 1confirmation promises to support startups that ICO is carried out not with the purpose of fundraising, and to create new products in the new token economy.
