A drunken American prepared himself a sandwich in the cafe while the staff slept

Cafe was around the clock.

Resident in South Carolina (USA) Alex Bowen had to prepare their own meals in the local café.

When the man came in the night in the open place, no one there discovered. He tried to call the shop employees, but even after 10 minutes no one appeared. Then Bowen noticed that the man on duty was asleep at one of the tables. But since the man was very hungry and determined to get my sandwich, it just went into the kitchen and made himself a meal.

The man prepared himself a sandwich with bacon and cheese, after washed the dishes and grill and left with food. As he says, the night he forgot to pay for cooked a late dinner, but the next day came back and did it.

Later in an interview with WisTV Alex Bowen admitted that he was drunk. According to him, sober he would never have ventured to do something like that.

Representatives of cafe apologized to Bowen. “For security purposes, our customers should not be held behind the counter. Of course, they have to service. We are investigating this incident and then take appropriate action,” he said. Besides, it appreciated the culinary skills of a man and invited him to work.
