A drunken accident in Zhytomyr region: there are victims

The accident killed the passenger, the driver went to the hospital.

“As a result of road accident the driver received injuries and was hospitalized in the casualty Department of the local hospital. If the fault of the driver is proved, he could face up to eight years of imprisonment.
