A curiosity in the elections in Armenia: a system of “not guilty” of the two presidents

The guarantors did not pass the fingerprint verification.

During the parliamentary elections in Armenia, the electronic system does not recognize the fingerprints of current and former presidents to be eligible to vote.

The current leader of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, to get the newsletter, had to present a passport.
