The court of appeals in the US upheld the ban on the implementation of the immigration decree of the President of Donald trump.
The court recognized that state interests can be in conflict with the interests of national security.
It also indicates that speaking against this decree, the States of Washington and Minnesota have provided evidence that even a temporary implementation of this decree may cause harm.
According to the Agency, the authorities have not provided convincing evidence that foreigners of those who were under the decree of countries can pose a threat to U.S. national security and to be suspected of preparing terrorist attacks in the country.
