A boy whose parents are locked up for 14 years

News service the BBC reports that the Israeli city of Hadera police have freed a 14-year-old boy whose parents haven’t been home since birth.

Sometimes it is taken out into the yard, but only at night. This happened several times a month. In addition, sometimes the child was locked in a cage on the balcony.

It would be funny if it weren’t so terribly, but the parents explain the behavior to care — they were afraid for son’s health. Yeah, this is not “the Guy from bubble”, then the bubble turned into a cage, a Comedy — horror.

It turned out, the neighbors repeatedly complained to the authorities on the odd couple after their apartment is constantly leaking odor. Looks like a toilet there, too, the trouble was. In a word, a gesture.

My rescue boy is also obliged to one of the neighbors, who noticed him on the balcony and reported to the police, because in his words he was “like a zombie from a horror movie”.

The names of the members of these shocking events, of course, were not disclosed. It is only known that the victim’s parents were immigrants from Russia, have long migrated to Israel. On the birth of a child they all these years didn’t tell anyone and the authorities are not reported. Now they are about 60 years old. Both were arrested.
