The grandmother is stronger than many young girls.

When Janice Lorraine from New South Wales (Australia) was 55 years old she decided to pursue bodybuilding in hopes of “stop aging”.

Now, at his 74 years she is the owner of an impressive muscular frame. The woman is proud of what is probably the world’s oldest bodybuilder, do not use hormones!

Former school psychologist Janice Lorraine took up the sport at the age of 55, when I felt that he wanted to set new goals. The woman was supported in her new endeavours her 49-year-old boyfriend David Kendall, with whom at that time they had been together for 25 years.

The pensioner started training at the local gym. Before she was able to take part in competitions in Sydney in 1999, it’s been 15 months.

Today Janice Lorraine is the owner of such titles as “Miss World” “Miss universe”, “Miss Olympia”. It continues to support its shape: daily doing 60 pushups, run 32 kilometers a week, visit a day in the gym and is going to speak at the prestigious tournament on bodybuilding in Thailand.

“I don’t know when I will stop bodybuilding. I’m going to do it, not yet lost the desire. I’m trying to change people’s opinion about how should look like the 74-year-old man,” muses Lorraine.

According to grandmother bodybuilders, exercise at any age will make you feel energetic, confident and attractive. “What else can you ask for?” — laughs Janice.
