Scientists call the products that prolong life
According to new research published in the journal of the American Medical Association, there are certain foods that directly affect life expectancy.
Researchers have shown that diet influences mortality from cardiovascular disease and diabetes.
1) omega-3
It is an essential fatty acid that enters the human body only from the outside – with food. It is in fish, linseed oil, rapeseed oil, walnuts and leafy greens. Norm – 250 mg per day.
2) Nuts and seeds
In the day you should eat about 20 grams of nuts. Best of all – almonds and cashews.
3) Vegetables
A day people need more than 400 grams of vegetables (except potatoes). The bluer they are the better.
4) Fruit
