The attacker faces a term of 10 to 15 years.
In Turecka a local resident tried to kill the child of his friend. It is reported by the Prosecutor’s office of Donetsk region.
“It is established that on July 8 in a woman’s apartment, where she lives with her 10 year old daughter came familiar with 22-year-old friend. After drinking alcohol, the man stayed overnight at the owner of the apartment, and in the morning, a man took his friend. After leaving the woman saw that her child unconscious, and her body damaged,” he told police.
According to the girl, when she went to bed, I felt like choking, sore throat and saw the man choking her, and then lost consciousness. The girl was taken to Central hospital of Turecka, where the doctors diagnosed him with mechanical asphyxia (suffocation). The victim is now in intensive care, is in consciousness, doctors estimate its condition as stable, non-life-threatening.
“A local resident suspected of attempted murder of a minor child that threatens it with imprisonment for the term from 10 till 15 years or lifelong imprisonment,” he told police.
