12-year-old resident of Kiev conquered Carnegie hall

Despite the obvious talent, the young Ukrainian wants to become a professional musician.

12-year-old from Kiev became the youngest musician from Ukraine, who performed solo in Carnegie Hall in new York. The record of Ukraine established the Antonio Brasileiro Johnson, who, despite his young age, already has 86 awards in Ukrainian and international competitions.

In the US, the boy played the modern versions of Ukrainian folk songs “blackthorn flowers”. Already home Antonio received a certificate of the record. But award the pianist believes the performance itself – it’s played on the same stage where he performed with famous musicians Vladimir Horowitz and Vadym Kholodenko. “I felt that I finally made some mark in my life,” admitted the young Ukrainian.
