Recently the company Samsung has patented a prototype of a foldable smartphone, and the Chinese company immediately began to copy the idea and implement it in your own prototypes. First came the ZTE, whose mobile Axon M today lit up on his first photos.
ZTE Axon M is not a concept and is not even a prototype, because the smartphone will be presented literally on October 17, three weeks later. However, folding it is only the body, not just the screen as in the patent from Samsung – here it was decided to use two displays, both with Full HD resolution. In the unfolded state, the total diagonal screens will exceed the judges in the phablet Xiaomi Mi Max 2 and mad will amount to 6.8 inches, so it’s not even a smartphone, and the most that neither is a tablet computer.
The photo shows that the main panel ZTE Axon M almost twice as thick as the top – apparently that is where all the electronics along with the power system, while the latter are endowed with a screen. Well, this approach is very familiar: it is on this principle going classic laptops, except that instead of a second display, they have the touchpad and keyboard. Prior to October 17, is not so much time, so very soon we learn that the gadget is preparing us for the Chinese ZTE. As for the foldable mobile phone from Samsung, then his arrival is expected only next year.
