The President will speak about new initiatives only after the formation of its majority in Parliament, says Stefanczyk.
President Vladimir Zelensky will no longer submit to the Parliament of the current convocation of the promised bills. On Thursday, may 23, said the representative of the President in the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk, writes the online edition of the Chronicle.info with reference to the UNN.
“The bills are ready, but they will be available only when we will have a majority, and they must pass through the Parliament, because what yesterday showed is Happy — it can not be called cooperation. But all the laws stipulated in the program of the President, they have already gained and will be submitted to the Verkhovna Rada”, — he said.
According to him, it is, in particular, the law of impeachment, the lifting of parliamentary immunity of unjust enrichment.
However, he added that on Wednesday the vote of Parliament proposed by the President amendments to the law on elections demonstrates the inability of the current composition of the Parliament to cooperate and to negotiate with the head of state.
“For us this is an example of the fact that Parliament is simply inability. The President to conclude from this”, — said Stepanchuk.
