Young black beauty original opposed racism. Photo

Charis Rogers 10 years.

At school, she and other children with dark skin was mocked by classmates, and the girl was upset.

Then the older sister, Charis posted her picture to Twitter with the caption about what wonderful people with any skin color. The record has collected 83 thousand likes, and now have families of their own line of t-shirts with inspiring slogans.

The young activist says that in these clothes she feels more confident and hopes that other children will also help.

“A lot of me scoffed: in the first class we had only four black kids, except me. For the rest of my skin color was unusual”.

“One time we were asked to paint his portrait, and the teacher gave us four black pencils instead of brown. I then got very upset”.

“No matter how dark or bright — just know that it is beautiful and the color of the skin your beauty does not depend on”.
