Yatsenyuk reacted sharply to a loud statement Lavrov

The politician advised Russia’s internal Affairs and to put clarity at home.

This was written by the former Prime Minister of Ukraine, leader “popular front” Arseniy Yatsenyuk in Facebook.

He commented on the statement by the head of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov, on the necessity to conduct reforms in Ukraine decentralization with the participation of all regions and to stop “to break the Minsk agreement”.

“A renowned expert on the development of democracy and the implementation of the agreements, the Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov has suddenly decided to give Ukraine advice on decentralization and respect for international obligations. For us the policy of power decentralization is a priority. The return to the principles of self-government and responsible management that are inherent to Europe, and from which our country was torn Russian, and later Soviet authoritarianism for centuries. In three years done a lot on places transferred considerable powers and financial resources. Successfully moving the process of building a responsible local communities,” he said.

Jancuk stressed that Russia is not interested in decentralization. “They believe that the best guarantor of democracy – it is a tank on the street and gunmen in the polling stations. So Russia invaded Crimea and held an illegal referendum. So occupied the Donbas and wants to hold elections there. The concern of Russia about the structure of neighboring States is a concern of well-armed bandits on the surrounding farms. This concern is well known to all Russian neighbors,” he added.

He said that Russia is interested in one thing: “the split of Ukraine, the mercy of different parts, undermining its drive for membership in the EU and NATO.”
