The acting Head of the Republic announced the start of personnel of the competition “Leaders of Bashkortostan”. This radium Khabirov wrote on his Facebook page, reports the website Newsbash.ru.
“Today, we are launching a very important new project. We need it like air because any Manager always has two problems – where to find skilled employees and how to fend off pesky unskilled.
