For three months the volume of construction grew by almost a quarter to 26.5 billion.
In the first quarter of 2019, the company performed construction work on the $ 26.5 billion UAH. Index of construction products in relation to the similar period in 2018 amounted to received 124.3%. About it reports a press-service of the Ministry of regional development, construction and housing and communal services on Wednesday, April 24.
As noted in the Ministry, at the end of the reporting period, the index of civil engineering structures amounted to 145.2%, buildings – to 109.8% (residential – 91,8%, non – 133%).
In terms of regions leaders on the volume of construction work of steel Dnipropetrovsk oblast (UAH 3.6 billion), Kharkiv region (UAH 2.9 billion), Odesa region (UAH 2 billion) and Kyiv (UAH 6.5 bn). They steadily catching up with Lviv oblast (1.7 billion UAH).
New construction, reconstruction and technical re-equipment amounted to 79.6% of the total volume of manufactured construction products, overhaul and repair – 11.5% and 8.9%, respectively.
Note, the volume of construction in March has increased as the result of two months reported growth of 16.8%.
