Wild incident in nikolayevshchina: aunt niece kept on a chain

The female guardian “light” prison term of up to three years.

In the city of Voznesensk, Mykolaiv region police are investigating a wild incident with a 46-year-old woman kept in chains, own aunt. About it reported in a press-service of the police region.

As it turned out, a woman with a mental disorder was under the care of his 58-year-old aunt, who decided that a relative is better to put on the chain “for her safety”.

The message the police gave employees of social welfare services, which carried out the audit of one of the families standing on the account.

As she told the guardian, put the niece on the chain she decided after several attempts to escape and even to burn the house down.

In turn, the police started criminal proceedings under article “illegal deprivation of freedom” which assumes punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term up to three years. Now circumstances of incident are investigated, there is a consequence.
