Bruce Campbell might have given us a real reason why it is still not announced release date of the third season of the TV series “ash vs evil dead”.
We have previously tried to figure out when will the 3 season and received a vague response: either this fall or early next year. Why? Well, they say, the STARZ channel looking for a more clean slot in the schedule, in order to avoid competition with other people’s hits. Well, that sounds reasonable, and worry, it would seem, nothing.
However, perhaps the reason for the excitement is still there, and the series more serious problems. At least Campbell had indicated which way the wind blows:
STARZ delighted with the result. And I think they want to show them (9 and 10 episodes of the third season) in the final discussion that will help them make the decision. I know that they really dismantled the last two episodes, so that may be enough… and by the way, now they belong to Lionsgate. Bought them, now our bosses have their bosses. So in the end the team became more. In short, we’ll see.
Now that Lionsgate owns STARZ, a larger Corporation controls the series — requires efficiency. Lionsgate, the Studio, which is behind the iconic “Saw” seem to not see the possible profits from the “ash vs. evil dead”, which is sad.
So, STARZ delighted and want to continue, but Lionsgate Entertainment slows down the project, believing it to be unprofitable. Damn. It’s bad. Let’s hope that the guys from STARZ will be able to get out. After all, the new series “ash” is already filmed, so the show is gonna close down. But as much as this season did not last!
Besides, Bruce promises us a lot of things cool. For example, in the continuation must finally explain why ash is the Chosen one. In addition, the series should tell about the daughter of ash Williams. And anyway, they say, “nothing will ever be the same again by the end of this season.”
With hope in your heart, waiting for the return of “ash vs. evil dead” in the fall of 2017 or already in the beginning of 2018.
