In obtaining overseas biometric passports is nothing new.
It can be given to each adult citizen of Ukraine. But the internal biometric passport (ID – card) is issued not for everyone. In the first place it can, and should, to the citizens of Ukraine who are at least 14 years.
As we told the Deputy chief of city Department migration service Konstantinovka Andrey Voronin, this category of citizens first in their lives passport is issued free of charge during 20 days.
Citizens over the age of 25 and 45 years, you can paste the picture into a normal passport, and can receive an ID card, paying for it 279 UAH. Have the same right and those who get a new passport by changing the names or the damage and loss to ordinary passports.
