This was stated by the expert on property issues Sergey Kostecki.
According to the expert, in the capital market rental housing sharp price “spikes” are expected.
“The rental market it’s very subjective, because someone left, someone came. Plus or minus the same as before. On the housing rental market there are no abrupt surges” – said S. Kostetsky.
The analyst explained that in the rental market housing is now no such thing as a season.
“Before, in connection with the beginning of the academic year in Kiev he visited the students from other cities to study at Metropolitan universities, rented housing, respectively, the landlords raised the price of rented apartment,” – said the expert.
According to S. Kostetskii, currently the cost of renting apartments in Kiev starts from 3000 UAH reaches 7000 UAH.
“This is the most popular segment of the market rent. For the money you can, for example, on troyeschina to remove more or less normal apartment, by the way, “gostinok” there. The left Bank of the capital (Forest, Troyeshchina), usually cheaper in terms of rental housing. On the right Bank of Kiev, of course, rent will be more expensive”, – concluded the expert.
