Finnish architect Marco Casagrande designed the ultra-compact house called TIKKU that can fit on a plot of 2,5×5 meters.
This project, he wants to solve the building crisis in large cities. TIKKU living area is 37.5 square metres.
On the ground floor there is a space in which to work, the second bedroom is on the third terrace and space for relaxation. Also the house is equipped with a dry toilet and solar panels.
The house has no water and it is designed for those places where there is easy access to water and food. The architect says that the house can be built in one night.
