International operator of Western Union money transfer ceases to transfer funds from Russia to Ukraine without opening a Bank account.
The reason for the adoption by the company of such decision was the law on the financial sanctions adopted by the government of the Russian Federation in response to sanctions of Ukraine against Russian banks and payment systems.
