Picture of Trey Edward Shultz is not just curiosity, it significantly blows a powerful psychological Thriller. The presence of Joel Edgerton in the lead role only reinforces this suspicion, since the actor in recent years, steadily moving uphill, and sooner or later it will snap off, I think, a prestigious statuette.
“It comes at night” gravely announced himself at the festival Overlook in April and aimed at wide release. In early may, we were in awe, watching the paranoid movie trailer, and now we have three fresh promotional video entitled “Never” (Never), “It’s here” (It’s Here) and finally “Bad dreams” (Bad Dreams).
So not fair to add the word “paranoid” only to one of the trailers of this picture. Here every video, every poster, and most importantly, it seems, the film itself is imbued with tension and paranoia. And it’s perfect!
The history center will be an ordinary family fleeing from the epidemic that destroyed civilization. Father, mother and their teenage son are hiding from the plague in a house in the suburbs. The worst starts when their house is asking for the help of a stranger, then the family is forced to choose — whether to show kindness, or to be safe from potential infection.
In addition to Edgerton in the caste are Calvin Harrison, Carmen Ejogo and Christopher Abbott.
9 Jun 2017 it will come to U.S. theaters. Perhaps, at night.
