The Walt Disney Company completed the purchase of the film company 21st Century Fox for $71,3 billion, according to the website of Disney.
The deal allowed Disney will get the 20th Century Fox film Studio, television network, National Geographic, Sky and FX, 30% share of the streaming service Hulu, as well as the copyright part of the Marvel characters, the animated series the Simpsons, movies, People-X, Avatar and other kinofranshizy.
It is expected that the transaction will create a new company New Fox, which will bring together the broadcasting company Fox Broadcasting, regional television stations Fox TV as well as cable channels Fox Sports and Fox News
