The US goal – to restore the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine.
US special representative for settlement in Ukraine Kurt Volker recalled the objectives set by the Secretary of state Rex Tillerson during his visit to Kyiv on July 9.
According to Volker, the US goal is the restoration of the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine.
In addition, the US goal is to assist in establishing security for all citizens of Ukraine regardless of their ethnic or religious affiliation.
Walker stressed that on the European continent, “at a distance of less than a half hour flight on the plane is boiling hot war”, and it was impossible to forget.
To stop this, he called upon primarily to achieve long-term and durable ceasefire.
