Company Volkswagen has published a new teaser of the model of the sixth generation Polo. The images give an idea of the front and rear optics, the shape of the radiator grille, and the profile and doors innovations.
The next Polo will be built on a modular platform MQB A0, through which the car will be lighter and a little bit of overall predecessor. Space for rear passengers feet will increase significantly.
The engine lineup will include a 1.0-litre petrol engine with three cylinders with a capacity of about 65 horsepower. Will also be accessible version of this unit with a capacity of 75, 100 and 115 horsepower. In addition, customers will be offered a 1.5-litre unit with the recoil 130 and 150 forces. Among the diesel engines of 80-, 100 – and 110-horsepower engine displacement of 1.6 liters.
The motors will work in conjunction with five – and six-speed manual transmission or semidiaphanous automatic transmission.
Later will be presented and “charged” GTI-modification, which will have a modified 2.0-litre petrol motor capacity of about 200 forces.
For the Polo will be available a new infotainment system with a large touchscreen and support for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, as well as an auto Park Pilot. It is not excluded that the top model will complement the fully digital instrument panel diagonal of 12.3 inches.
The official premiere of the Volkswagen Polo the following generation will be held on Friday, June 16, in Berlin.
