In Kiev three people were taken to the hospital with diagnosis “acute intestinal infection” after eating the seafood salad.
People felt bad after visiting the restaurant Salateira and eating salad “Sea”, said Getproductprice Kiev.
“On 3 September from the Alexander hospital reported that to them with the signs of poisoning were three people. During carrying out check it was established that they are 1 and 2 September Salateira ate a salad. After what felt bad. They were all taken to the hospital on 2 September with a diagnosis of “Acute intestinal infection”, – said in GPPS.
It was also found that the products in the institution remained without complying with sanitary norms. In particular, in the freezer with cooked meat remained raw products, and frozen foods – mussels, shrimp, ravioli, salmon – preserved in plastic bags without proper labeling. In addition, the rules for washing dishes also was broken in the room, there are separate sinks for kitchen and tableware.
“That’s not all. The 14 members of the staff missing medical records,” – said in GPPS.
Epidemiological investigation is ongoing.
