The MP ignored the request of the first Vice-speaker of the Parliament.
MP from the Opposition bloc Oleksandr Vilkul did not comply with the request of the first Vice-speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Irina Gerashchenko to speak the state Ukrainian language and spoke from the podium in Russian.
Gerashchenko recalled that at the last plenary Friday one of the members of the National front also spoke in Russian and asked the administration to continue in Ukrainian.
“Mr. Vilkul, you have the perfect Ukrainian language. I ask you,” said Gerashchenko, however, the politician continued to speak Russian.
