The Institute of national remembrance has appealed to the PGO, the SBU and the police to investigate recovery in Horishni Swamps of the stele with the same name – Komsomolsk.
Treatment of the Institute of naramata was sent on 4 July: the Prosecutor General, security service, Netpolicy, as well as in the city hall. It asked to find out whether legally the restoration of the stele with the inscription “Komsomol” at one of the entrances to the city.
“Stella “Komsomolsk” is devoted to the former name of the city is the symbols of the Communist totalitarian regime and is subject to compulsory dismantling”, – the statement says.
The Institute requires to demolish the stele.
