The ATO forces had a plan about the liberation of the occupied Luhansk already in 2017.
This was told by a veteran of the ATO, the commander of “Georgian Legion” Mamuka Mamulashvili.
“I think that the war could end in 2017 if there is a political will. The plan of the “Georgian Legion” for this year: the return of Luhansk under control of Ukraine,” — said Mamulashvili.
Atoshnik explained that he could not disclose details of the plan, but now there is every reason to implement it.
