Verkhovna Rada plans to improve the conditions of construction

Верховная Рада планирует улучшить условия строительстваThe bill on simplification of construction has already been recommended for inclusion in the agenda of the Verkhovna Rada.

The parliamentary Committee on construction, urban development, housing and communal services recommends that the Verkhovna Rada adopt the bill No. 5587 for improvement of construction activities.

The bill proposes to abolish compulsory examination on issues of robustness, reliability and durability for the construction of I and II categories of complexity built on territories with complex conditions. To authorize the Cabinet of Ministers to approve the list of construction works that require no documents, authorizing their execution, and after which the object shall not be taken into use.

In addition, the bill proposes to amend the term “customer”, to cancel the requirement of obtaining initial data and technical conditions from the State service of Ukraine for emergency situations, to improve the professional level of contractors in the construction industry.

It is also planned to determine the legal conditions to improve the collection of data of the state statistical reporting on the acceptance into operation of completed construction projects.

“The people’s deputies by results of consideration has decided to recommend the Parliament to include the bill in the agenda of the fifth session and by results of consideration in the first reading adopted as a basis”, – stated in the message information Department of the office BP.
