Rada dismissed Shokin 29 Mar 2016.
The Supreme administrative court of Ukraine denied the former Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin in satisfaction of the petition for renewal of filing a claim and left a claim Shokin to the Verkhovna Rada and the President without consideration.
It is reported by Interfax-Ukraine, citing its own correspondent.
“The petition of the plaintiff to renew the term of court to refuse. Administrative action Shokin … leave without consideration”, – reports the words of the presiding judge Valentyn Moroz.
Earlier it was reported that Vasu called the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko in the case of dismissal of the Prosecutor General Viktor Shokina, for which he is a defendant.
Last session on this case was not neither the claimant, nor his representatives.
Shokin has filed a lawsuit attempting to prove the violation of the procedure.
