Utility scandal: in Sumy the car went under the asphalt

The perpetrators of the incident was communal, which, after elimination of break left a hole in the roadway.

In the yard on a PR. Lushpy in Sumy the car fell into the pit left by the utilities after the rush of the water.

According to the driver, he barely managed to jump out of the car as he fell and almost half went under the asphalt.
