On mobile devices running the Windows operating system, it is not the first time there are problems with syncing contacts.
This week Microsoft re-emerged some difficulties, with the result that on the forums there are hundreds of complaints. Users annoyed by the fact that their phone books were removed from devices.
As far as we know, Microsoft engineers decided to change the way contacts sync for smartphones with Windows 10 Mobile. Now they will be moved to the “Mail & Outlook Calendar”.
Users do not need to worry, as the process of transferring contacts to a new location takes a few hours. The entry itself will disappear from accounts in Microsoft software, People, Mail and Calendar and will appear in a new place.
