Every year the pace of life has only accelerated. Architects and construction companies are also trying to keep up with and introduce pre-fabricated homes. Before the construction of the houses took a lot of months, then the time of operation was reduced to a couple of weeks, and today you can see how a mansion erected in a few hours. This German company builds a house in just 24 hours.
Construction company Dennert for several decades engaged in production of prefabricated houses. The Germans managed to combine effectively the imminent construction with excellent quality.
For the future home components are produced in factory conditions. In the finished modules are then embedded the necessary utilities: sewer, water, electrical, heating, and appliances. For the execution of a single order from the manufacturer takes about 3 months.
The prefabricated parts to the site are delivered by special trucks. Then the construction crew gets to work and starts the installation on a prepared Foundation. The slogan of the company Dennert sounds like “one day – One house”, so no workers sitting on the ground.
The main building material is the German ekobeton. It is composed of foamed glass, natural pumice stone from the Alps, cement, water and sand.
Manufacturer confident in the quality of their homes and provides warranty on them for up to 30 years.
