The infinite book tunnel in the Chinese library
In the Chinese city of Yangzhou, Jiangsu province, bookstore and library with the help of the mirror illusion has turned into an endless book maze.
The design of the interior was engaged in the Shanghai Studio XL-Muse Architects, which was chosen as source of inspiration the famous canals of Yangzhou, with arched stone bridges over them, sung by famous Chinese poets.
Once in the room the visitor enters a sort of “book of the river”.
